Embodied Healing: An Invitation of Presence

Embodied Healing: An Invitation of Presence ^

Embodied healing (also known as somatic healing) is a body centered approach that connects the body, emotions, and lived experience. Embodied healing helps you to regulate your nervous system, deepen your awareness, and reconnect with your body as a source of safety, connection, presence and pleasure. Embodied healing is less about directed solutions and “fixing,” and more about cultivating awareness and trust in your own inner guidance.

Our bodies carry not only trauma, but also wisdom, creativity, and resilience.

A Space for Healing and Flourishing

A Space for Healing and Flourishing ^

You might be here because something feels hard– grief, anxiety, chronic stress, or the weight of the world. Or you might come because life is opening up– you’re feeling more stable, more connected, and you want to embody that thriving in a way that feels sustainable and authentic.

Embodied healing work supports both: it helps your system recover from what’s been overwhelming, and it helps you expand into what’s good without losing yourself in the process.

Here we practice not just surviving, but also receiving– rest, pleasure, connection, and joy. You’ve already done the work of getting to where you currently are. And I know that work asked, and continues to ask, a lot of you. This is a space to drop the shoulders. To safely breathe into the fullness of yourself. This is a space to ask what you’re looking for.

Gentle, Grounded, Inclusive

Healing and growth begin in relationship– with your body, your story, your aliveness, and with others.

My work weaves together somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and social justice values to create space for both healing and flourishing without denying the wholeness of who you are and social truths.

I utilize titration (working in small doses) and honor your unique pacing and how it shifts during our time together.
