Sessions with Goldie

This practice is a body-based healing modality that helps individuals navigate the full spectrum of lived experiences and attune to innate bodily wisdom to bring deepened awareness to the nervous system and bodily communication. Sessions are uniquely shaped by clients and the intention and experiences they bring to our time together.

With exploration of intention and a brief guided practice of dropping into the body more fully, conscious attention begins to shift inward. Sessions are then driven by the natural ebb and flow of honoring and following the trail of what arises within a safe and intentional framework- strengthening the connection between mind and body to help gently shift one’s orientation and grounding in a self-guided manner.

I hold space where your body can find moments of ease, driven by your own inner guidance. A place where you can notice your own rhythms in your body. I offer this work for anyone who wants to feel safer, more embodied, or more fully alive- whether life feels heavy or flowing. I sit beside you with presence and co-create a space where your inner knowing can re-emerge, or bloom more fully, without pressure, comparison, or hierarchy.
